Writing in Situ (Manifesto Manifiesto) is a Series of time specific interactive performances where the artist types her manifesto building the elusive “Lesbian Landscape of the Cuban 90s.”

Writing In Situ (Manifesto Manifiesto): Investigates the intersection between art and life, space and performance through the act of interrupted writing during the hours of creative work in the gallery space at Flushing Town Hall for the exhibition Alchemy: The process of time and change. 2023

Consume a piece of Cuba before... / Consuma un pedazo de Cuba antes que... is a collaborative-engaged performance by Jacqueline Herranz Brooks and Margaret R Vendryes. 

This interactive and participatory experience is part of the South East Queens Artists Alliance (C)Art Festival presented in Queens, a borough celebrated for its cultural diversity.
